RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Products can be returned if the product received is different from what the customers have ordered.
2. Refund is only allowed if the damaged product cannot be repaired and the damages are due to careless and poor packaging.
3. Refund is made through online payment only.
4. Products need to be sent back in seven working days.
5. The products need to be wrapped with bubble wrappers and sent back in the same packaging.
6. The price tag should not be removed as well.

Can the product last long?
Worry not! We select used materials that are still in a good condition. They surely can last long as long as you follow the tips given.
Will the product arrive in a good shape?
The products are wrapped with bubble wrappers, and placed in a box. The box is labelled as fragile to ensure it is handled with care.
How long will it take for the organisers to be ready?
It takes two days for the desk organisers to be ready. As for the custom made desk organisers, it takes approximately five days to be ready.
How do I track my order?
We will email you the tracking number. Please allow at least
one working day for it to be updated in our courier system. You shall receive your order in 2-3 working days.
How can I pay?
You can pay through an online payment merchant. Don't worry, your information are kept confidential.
What are your delivery options?
We offer cash on delivery in Universiti Sains Malaysia, and for Penangites, you can do so at Petronas Bukit Gambir. The delivery fee is free of charge.
How much do I need to pay for the shipping?
RM7 for shipping to Peninsula Malaysia, and RM12 for shipping to Sabah and Sarawak.
